This trendy DC lounge features a friendly and fun atmosphere in an upscale setting. Located in the Logan Circle neighborhood, Halo is a tastefully designed two-level space with white-walls and computer-controled LED lighting. The attractive bartenders dressed in black serve up superb cocktails to a mostly (young and older) professional crowd.
